Essência Integrative Practices and Trainings began in 2023, in Brasília, DF, Brazil. Our mission was to bring integrative therapies as an alternative complementary treatment to Traditional Medicine, to improve the overall health of our clients and maintain this health throughout their lives.
Over time, we realized that our clients were increasingly seeking a balance between their professional and personal lives.They wanted not only to correct existing health problems, but also to learn how to avoid these problems, many of which were caused by exposure to a toxic and unbalanced work environment that reflected on their personal lives, harming their quality of life.
That's when we changed our focus. Today, our main mission is to teach people how to live healthier lives, balancing their personal and professional lives, expanding our boundaries within the digital world, opening up opportunities beyond physical borders.
